The new rule in the work place is how well you handle yourself and others - In todays business environment you must accept that the majority of people you come into contact with are stressed and pressured.
So as a
salesperson do you have emotional awareness - do you have a clear understanding
of your values and how they fit in with your companies values . You need to
recognize how your feelings affect your performance. Do you have a strong sense
of your own strengths and weaknesses? How well do you learn from your mistakes
? Are you open to new ways of thinking , working ? Do you do any self
development , if not why?
A few simple but key areas to look at , work on and develop .
