As a salesperson are you able to do the following:

Running with You the rep :

1. Can you self manage / Self Motivated- are you able to get the job done with out your Sales manager constantly asking , are you able to give information to your boss before they ask for it . 

2. How goal oriented are you - have you set out weekly , monthly , yearly goals etc.. are they realistic , achievable . 

3. Can you adapt to change - How open are you to new ideas , new sales training methods to better yourself and grow.
